A Tropical Musical Journey!
Ages 4-7, 8-12
Set sail for a sun-soaked musical adventure! In Island Adventure, campers sing, dance, and act their way through ocean-inspired stories and tropical hits.
Featuring music from The Little Mermaid, Lilo & Stitch, High School Musical 2, Finding Nemo, and more, this camp blends island rhythms, colorful characters, and theatrical fun.
Campers will also explore creative storytelling using puppets, props, and imaginative stage moments as they bring these ocean adventures to life.
Activities may include:
• Performing songs and dances from beach and ocean stories
• Acting scenes inspired by tropical adventures
• Puppet and prop performance activities
• High-energy sing-dance-act routines
• A vibrant island-themed showcase
WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING
*Campers should wear comfortable clothing
*We will have some themed days at camp, like our beachwear day!
*All campers should bring a water bottle labeled with their name and a snack for each am and pm session.
*Full day campers should bring a sack lunch.
IS THERE A PERFORMANCE?
Yes! Each camp week concludes with a fun and low-pressure “Show & Share” during the final 30 minutes of camp on Friday. Campers will share a sampling of the material they’ve been working on throughout the week.
This informal performance is designed to celebrate the campers’ creativity and hard work while giving families a glimpse of the fun they had all week.
Campers are encouraged to plan a fun outfit to wear for the showcase. Costumes are not required, however, everyone should plan to wear closed toe shoes on stage.
No tickets are required, and family and friends are welcome to attend.
Show & Share Times:
• Morning Camps: Friday at 11:30 AM
• Afternoon Camps: Friday at 3:00 PM
If your child is enrolled in Full Day Camp, you are welcome to attend either showcase or both. However, please note that the afternoon showcase will include highlights from both the morning and afternoon camps, so families attending only the afternoon presentation will still see everything.
CAMP FOCUS: Triple Threat (Singing, Dancing, and Acting) No experience required!
