DANCE INTENSIVE

JUNE 24-26, 2026

Take your dance training to the next level in this high-energy Dance Intensive, designed to help dancers grow in technique, strength, and performance quality across competition dance, pom, and musical theatre styles.

Over three focused evenings, dancers will train like athletes and performers—building strength, increasing flexibility, and refining technique while also developing artistry, confidence, and stage presence.

Each day includes dedicated time for flexibility and strength training, giving dancers the tools and knowledge to continue improving long after the intensive ends. Dancers will also work on perfecting leaps, and turns, while learning combinations that challenge their ability to pick up choreography quickly, transition smoothly, and adapt to different styles.

Beyond technique, this intensive emphasizes performance quality and artistry, helping dancers move with intention, confidence, and expression so they can truly stand out in auditions and on stage.

Activities may include:
• Flexibility training and injury-prevention techniques
• Strength and conditioning for dancers
• Turns, leaps, kicks, and technical control
• Choreography combinations in multiple styles (jazz, hip hop, musical theatre, pom)
• Transitions, musicality, and performance dynamics
• Improvisation and movement exploration
• Audition presence and performance confidence

WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING

*Campers should wear a leotard or half top and shorts/leggings. Fitted dance attire is best so we can see alignment
*Dancers may bring clothes to layer in for hip hop/jazz funk combinations.
*Bring any yoga blocks, stretch bands, or turnboards you have.
*Bring a water bottle labeled with their name and a snack
