SPECIAL MUSICAL THEATRE PRODUCTION
This class meets once per week, and learns a full musical theatre production which is performed at the Mesa Arts Center in August. Everyone who signs up gets a role! Show title will be announced very soon….We’re bringing a heartwarming tale to the stage about an orphan with unstoppable optimism, a lovable dog, and a billionaire who changes her life forever!

Tickets to performances are $15 each and are not included in tuition.
A costume list will be provided. Certain costumes will be brought from home, and others will be loaned by Studio 3. Students are expected to provide their own shoes and tan leotard to wear under costume changes

NEXT GEN INTENSIVE

Step into the role of a leader with our hands-on Student Teaching & Choreography Workshop! Designed for aspiring teachers, choreographers, and stage managers, this program trains students in assisting dance and musical theatre classes, lesson planning, stage management, and choreographing for various age groups. With guided mentorship and real classroom experience, participants will gain the skills and confidence to take the next step in their performing arts journey. Standout students may even earn opportunities to teach, assist, stage manage, or choreograph in our upcoming season!

VOICE & ACTING INTENSIVE

This camp is a MUST for kids active in musical theatre! Get ready for next season’s auditions & build the perfect audition portfolio! You’ll also learn how to mark up the sheet music, cut the music track, and prepare for your audition. Learn how to break down your songs, make strong character choices, and give the performance of a lifetime! We’ll go over what to do with your hands and feet, facial expressions, and focus choices for a professional looking performance. Other topics covered include cold reads, monologues, and callback technique.

DANCE INTENSIVE

Flexibility, technique training, strength & conditioning. The perfect boot camp for the dancer that wants to level up this summer. We’ll spend a full hour each day on flexibility & strength training and give you the knowledge to continue your training long after camp is over. We will work on perfecting our kicks, leaps, and turns as well as learn a series of combinations to challenge our ability to pick up choreography quickly and adapt to a variety of styles.
