Will you rise as a hero or rule as a villain? In this action-packed camp, campers train in both heroic courage and mischievous villainy as they create unforgettable characters and bring them to life on stage.

Campers will tackle escape room missions, invent powerful characters, learn safe stage combat, and sing and dance their way through scenes inspired by some of our favorite heroes and villains. End the week with an epic final showdown performance!

Activities may include:
• Designing your own superhero & villain identity and powers
• Hero training missions and teamwork challenges
• Safe stunt and fight choreography for the stage
• Acting and dancing to villain-inspired musical numbers
• Escape room puzzles and sneaky villain missions

HERO TRAINING ACADEMY (MORNING CAMP)

Suit up, heroes—your training begins now!

In Hero Training Academy, campers discover their inner superhero through action-packed missions, teamwork challenges, and heroic stage adventures. Young heroes will train their strength, bravery, and creativity as they learn to work together to save the day.

Campers will invent their own superhero identities, master safe stunt choreography, and sing, dance, and act their way through exciting heroic scenes inspired by the world’s greatest superheroes.

VILLAIN ACADEMY (AFTERNOON CAMP)

Every hero needs a villain… are you ready to rule the stage?

Welcome to Villain Academy, where campers explore the dramatic, mischievous, and wildly fun world of villains! In this theatrical adventure, performers will invent their own villain personas, scheme up hilarious plots, and bring iconic villain energy to life through acting, singing, and dancing.

From wicked laughs to dramatic entrances, campers will learn how to steal the spotlight as they create unforgettable villain characters.

WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING

*Campers should wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes to camp, for when we go on stage.
*Create your own hero/villain inspired costume for the final showcase
*All campers should bring a water bottle labeled with their name and a snack for each am and pm session.
*Full day campers should bring a sack lunch.

IS THERE A PERFORMANCE?

Yes! Each camp week concludes with a fun and low-pressure “Show & Share” during the final 30 minutes of camp on Friday. Campers will share a sampling of the songs, dances, scenes, and activities they’ve been working on throughout the week.

This informal performance is designed to celebrate the campers’ creativity and hard work while giving families a glimpse of the fun they had all week.

Campers are encouraged to plan their own hero or villain themed outfit to wear for the showcase, but costumes are not required. They should plan to wear closed toe shoes for the performance.

No tickets are required, and family and friends are welcome to attend.

Show & Share Times:
Morning Camps: Friday at 11:30 AM
Afternoon Camps: Friday at 3:00 PM

If your child is enrolled in Full Day Camp, you are welcome to attend either showcase or both. However, please note that the afternoon showcase will include highlights from both the morning and afternoon camps, so families attending only the afternoon presentation will still see everything.

CAMP FOCUS: Acting based camp with some song/dance to our favorite hero/villain songs. Think hip hop dance to Descendants, or sneaky dance moves to Cruella Deville. No previous experience required.
